My name is Daniele Nolan and I am a licensed therapist with 3 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families overcome life’s challenges. As a therapist I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and change, and that therapy can provide the tools and support needed to achieve personal and interpersonal goals. I am committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, gain insight into patterns and behaviors, and develop strategies for moving forward. For nearly two years I have worked in the school setting providing therapy for adolescent individuals and their families. As an adolescent therapist, I understand the unique challenges that young people face during this important stage of development. I am passionate about helping my clients navigate the ups and downs of adolescence with confidence and resilience.
My approach is empathetic, non-judgmental, and collaborative. I work closely with each client to create a safe and supportive environment where they can express themselves freely and explore their thoughts and feelings.
I draw from a variety of evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches. I also incorporate creative and experiential techniques to help my clients engage in the therapeutic process in a way that feels natural and comfortable for them.
Whether your teenager is struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, or relationship challenges, I am here to help. Together, we can work towards building a brighter, healthier future for them.
